The meeting was hosted by Fern and was called to order by Jackie at 10:30 a.m.

Ruth gave the devotional reading.

Meeting minutes for November were passed out and read. Mary Ellen moved they be approved and Jackie seconded the motion. November minutes were approved.

Sunshine Cards were signed and sent to Janis Smith and Paula Leary.

Fern submitted the Treasurer’s Report. Amount in our old account was $438.33. After opening a new account with no $8 monthly fee our account now has $443.03. The difference is because the bank took off part of the October $8 monthly fee and all of the November $8 monthly fee. With this account we also get free checks.
