Details

Maire Howard called the meeting to order.

1. We approved the use of a picture of the church for the Loma Prieta Club’s cookbook. We would like a copy of the picture and permission to use the picture.

2. Jerry Alonzo passed out the treasurer’s report. We have received $85,514 in pledges for next year. This is a $12,500 shortfall. He lowered the estimated offerings based on the actual income from Sunday offerings. This year we have collected approximately $13,500 in the Sunday offerings for ten months. The Missions Committee spends what we’ve earned from events as they see fit. The members who have not yet pledged were identified. We were encouraged to recall these members.

3. Lynn Nixon will email the congregation about the shortfall in pledges and donating time in the nursery.

4. Gene Geist will try to match the broken window in the sanctuary and try to replace the window.

5. Gene Geist will take the empty fire extinguisher to be recharged.

6. Will Clark will look into installing the kitchen window that was broken.

Respectfully submitted,

Fern Thompson
